BuddyBuddy App Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the BuddyBuddy mobile application ("App") operated by L&B Fitness Sdn Bhd ("Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
4. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
5. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or share through the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
a. Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
b. Engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the App or the servers and networks connected to it.
c. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
d. Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
7. Termination
The Company may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at its sole discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Payment Processing
a. When using the App, you may have the option to make one-time payments for specific services or products provided by the Company. These payments will be processed through our secure online payment gateway.
b. By making a payment through the App, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment method you provide.
c. All payments are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and your payment information will be handled securely and confidentially.
d. The Company reserves the right to change the pricing for its services or products at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App.
e. Payments made through the App are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the Company or required by applicable law.
f. In the event of any disputes or issues related to payments, please contact our customer support as specified in Section 11.
14. Refund Policy
a. All payments made through the App are final and non-refundable. The Company does not provide refunds for any services or products purchased via the App, including but not limited to membership fees, subscriptions, or one-time payments.
b. By using the App and making payments, you acknowledge and agree to the Company's no-refund policy. It is your responsibility to carefully review and consider your purchases before making a payment.
c. In the event of a billing error or unauthorized charges, please contact our customer support as specified in Section 11, and we will investigate the issue and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
